CCM Group Limited

On 9 September 2009, the company was incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act as a private limited company under the name of CCM Group Pte. Ltd. (Registration number 200916763W). The Company was converted into a public limited company on 1 June 2010 and changed its name to “CCM Group Limited”.

CCM Group are principally engaged in building construction activities through CCM Industrial Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, specialising in main building works and general building works for residential and commercial buildings for the public and private sectors in Singapore. The company also provide the leasing and installation of access equipment systems services.

CCM Group’s business can be categorised into three (3) main segments as follows:

• Main building works;
• General building works for residential and commercial buildings, such as additions and alteration, refurbishment, repairs and redecoration works for residential and commercial building, lift-upgrading programmes; and
• Leasing and installation of access equipment system, such as gondolas and mast climbing work platform, for the building and marine industries.

CCM’s clients typically include property developers, land owners and governmental bodies.
